📋 Key Responsibilities:

Assist installation teams with site preparation and material handling

10th/12th pass (minimum qualification)
Basic Hindi & English communication skills

Support operational excellence by coordinating between sales, installation, and warehouse teams. Ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction across Delhi NCR projects.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project timelines between sales, warehouse & installation teams
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement
Support quality assurance checks and documentation
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
Prepare weekly reports on project status and team performance
Assist in training and onboarding new field staff

✅ Requirements:

Graduate degree (any stream); MBA/Operations preferred
2-4 years experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Experience in construction/fenestration industry is a plus

Sales & Marketing Executive

📍 Delhi NCR 💼 Full-Time 🔄 Hybrid

Drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting EcoGreen Windows' premium uPVC and aluminium solutions to residential and commercial customers.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through calls, visits, and digital channels
Conduct product demonstrations and prepare customized quotations
Build relationships with architects, builders, and end customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records
Support marketing campaigns, events, and brand awareness activities
Provide market feedback to improve products and services

✅ Requirements:

Graduate degree; MBA in Marketing is a plus
1-3 years experience in B2C/B2B sales (construction/fenestration preferred)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Hindi & English
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal abilities
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is advantageous
